Once we have reviewed your current marketing status, we’ll conduct a series of one-on-one meetings with selected partners or shareholders to gather their thoughts and opinions regarding your firm’s strategic direction. 4) Strategic Planning Retreat

5) Final Written Report
At the conclusion of our engagement, we will provide your firm’s managing partner and/or firm administrator with a written report that includes:
- Materials from our initial presentation

- The final strategic plan resulting from the Strategic Planning Retreat
- A one-year action plan
