Service Description

We work closely with our clients throughout the entire recruiting process and we won’t quit until we find the right candidate for the job. Our approach is described below.

Define Firm Marketing Priorities and Develop Job Description
We begin by working with Firm leadership to identify the Firm’s marketing needs and priorities. Once priorities are determined, we develop a comprehensive job description, including reporting relationships and salary range based on the marketing goals and objectives of the Firm.

Collect and Screen All Resumes
Next, we circulate the opportunity in a variety of forums to identify and attract interested, qualified candidates to the position. We also tap into our deep, long-standing network of law firm marketing professionals. All resumes received will be carefully screened and reviewed with representatives of the Firm.

Conduct Initial Telephone Interviews
Next, we conduct initial telephone interviews with the five or six most qualified candidates in order to identify the two to three best candidates for in-person interviews with representatives of the Firm.

Participate in Onsite Interview Process
We coordinate all aspects of the onsite interviews with the finalists and will be at the Firm to lead and coordinate in the interview process. We will meet with the Interviewing Team in advance to review the entire process, the qualifications of the final candidates and answer any questions they might have.

Job Offer and Acceptance
Finally, we stick with our clients through the job offer and acceptance phase of the assignment.

The entire process takes approximately 8-10 weeks depending on scheduling and timely decision-making by the Firm.
